Day 1: Friday, 16th October

  • 15:00–16:00 Arrival and check-in
    Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome drink and fruits offered

  • 16:00–18:00 Welcome Circle & Evening yoga practice

  • 19:00–20:30 Dinner at the Villa

Sample Day:

08:00 – Morning Ritual & Herbal Tea/Coffee

Begin the day in quietude. Wake slowly. Sip something warm. Be with yourself. 

08:30 – Morning Practice (75 mins)

Gentle, breath-led Vinyasa flow to awaken prana and move energy. 

Each day builds on a theme—hip openers, backbends, spirals, strength & surrender, etc. 

Including Pranayama & Seated Meditation

Guided breathwork and stillness practice. Focus on awareness, clarity, and subtlety. 

10:30 – Nourishing Brunch + Integration Time

Eat slowly, rest, reflect, walk, swim. This time is yours. 

15:00 – Yoga Philosophy or Journaling Circle (Optional)

Alternate days between: 

  • Yoga philosophy drop-ins (The koshas, the gunas, the yamas off the mat, nervous system & yoga, etc.) 

  • Guided journaling/reflection prompts (What are you releasing? Reclaiming? Rewriting?) 

  • Asana Lab (Break down specific postures and transitions: 

    Inversions, backbends, balancing poses, binds, functional movement, energetics, or therapeutic alignment.) 

A space to ask, explore, and feel deeply in your own body.  

16:00 – Tea & Cake

Communal, nourishing, and grounding. 

16:30 – Afternoon Practice

Softer practice to soothe and integrate: 

Yin, slow flow, restorative yoga, ritual-based flow, or chakra-themed sessions. 

18:30 – Dinner

Communal, nourishing, and grounding. 

20:00 – Evening Session (2–3 during the week)

  • Yoga Nidra or sound journey 

Last Day: Tuesday, 10th November

  • 8:30 – Closing Circle

  • 9:00 – Breakfast

  • 12:00 Check-out and departure (optional late check-out)

Questions You Might have on your Mind❓

“Do I need to come with someone?”

Not at all. Most guests arrive solo and the experience is designed to help people connect naturally through shared meals, workshops, movement and community spaces. Most people leave with friendships that continue long after the retreat ends.

“Is there a strict retreat schedule?”

No. The Collective is designed with structure and freedom. There are daily classes, workshops, and shared experiences but everything is optional. You are free to join as much or as little as feels right for you.

“What if I’ve never done yoga before?”

Perfect. You are welcome here. Classes and workshops are designed for different levels and the atmosphere is supportive rather than competitive. Curiosity and openness matter more than experience.

“Will people arrive and leave during my stay?”

Yes. The community evolves throughout the month. Some guests stay for a weekend orthers for multiple weeks, creating a dynamic and alive atmosphere. Weekly themes and shared rituals help everyone integrate quickly into the group.

“What makes it different from a normal retreat?”

Most retreats are short and highly scheduled with one fixed group. The October collective is designed more like a temporary wellness oriented community with evolving weekly themes, guest teachers, flexibility and a slower Mediterranean rhythm of living.

“What kind of people usually join?”

People from many different backgrounds usually between their late 20s to mid 40s. Solo travelers, wellness enthusiasts, creatives, people in transition, yoga lovers, anyone craving a healthier rhythm and meaningful connection before winter.
