Absolutely. This retreat isn’t about advanced poses or Instagram-worthy shapes. Every practice is adapted to meet your body exactly where it is. If you can breathe, you can do this retreat.
“Will the pace be too slow for me?”
This is a slow-paced retreat but slow doesn’t mean boring. Every session is designed to help you feel more alive, present, and connected to your body and mind. You’ll leave with more energy than you’ve had in ages.
“What if I’ve never done yoga before?”
Perfect. Our gentle vinyasa and restorative sessions are beginner-friendly, and everything is explained clearly. You’ll be guided through each movement and meditation with care.
“What exactly will we be doing each day?”
Each day flows with a balance of guided practices and free time. Expect:
Morning gentle yoga to wake up your body
Midday workshops for mobility, myofascial release, and stress relief
Evening Yoga Nidra for deep rest
Sound healing, tapping, and meditation sprinkled throughout
Plenty of unstructured time to nap, walk, read, or simply do nothing (yes, doing nothing is encouraged here)
“Why not just book a spa weekend instead?”
A spa can help you feel relaxed in the moment. This retreat helps you feel restored long after you’ve left.
You’ll learn tools to release tension, clear your mind, and maintain your energy so you can return home not just rested, but reset ready to use all the tools.
“Do I need to be spiritual to enjoy this?”
Not at all. Our sessions are experiential, not dogmatic. You don’t have to believe in anything you just have to be open to feeling what’s already inside you: ease, peace, and vitality.

Retreat Daily Schedule

Day 1:
17:00 onwards Arrival and check-in
Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome drink and fruits offered
18:30–19:30 Welcome Circle & Evening yoga practice
20:00–21:30 Dinner at the Villa
Sample Day:
09:00 – Morning Ritual & Herbal Tea, Guided Journaling
Begin the day in quietude. Wake slowly. Sip something warm. Be with yourself. Reflection Prompts (What are you releasing? Reclaiming? Rewriting?)
09:30 – Morning Practice (60 mins)
Gentle, breath-led vinyasa flow to awaken prana and move energy.
Each day builds on a theme—hip openers, backbends, spirals, strength & surrender, etc.
10:30 – Pranayama & Seated Meditation (30 mins)
Guided breathwork and stillness practice. Focus on awareness, clarity, and subtlety.
11:00 – Nourishing Brunch + “Me” Time
Eat slowly, rest, reflect, walk, swim. This time is yours.
14:00 – Yoga Philosophy or Asana Lab (45 mins)
Alternate days between:
Yoga Philosophy Drop-ins (The koshas, the gunas, the yamas off the mat, nervous system & yoga, etc.)
Asana Lab: Break down specific postures and transitions: A space to ask, explore, and feel deeply in your own body.
15:00 – Afternoon Tea, Cake & Snacks
17:00 – Afternoon Practice (60 mins)
Softer practice to soothe and integrate:
Yin, slow flow, restorative yoga, ritual-based flow, or chakra-themed sessions.
18:30 – Nourishing Dinner
Communal, nourishing, and grounding.
20:00 – Shared Experiences (2–3 during these days)
Yoga Nidra or Sound journey
Sharing circle & Guided Meditation
Last Day:
8:30 – Closing Circle
9:00 – Breakfast
