Frequently Asked Questions
What if I had a C-section?
You are absolutely welcome here.
A C-section is major abdominal surgery, and your recovery deserves respect and patience. This program focuses on gentle breathwork, deep core reconnection and gradual strength building — which are especially important after a C-section.
You will never be pushed into movements your body isn’t ready for. Everything is adaptable, and you move at your own pace.
As long as you are 6+ weeks postpartum and medically cleared, this space is designed to support you.
What if I have diastasis recti?
Many postpartum women do, you are not alone.
This program avoids aggressive abdominal exercises and instead focuses on deep core activation, alignment and controlled strength that supports healing.
You’ll learn how to move in a way that protects your core, not strains it.
This is about rebuilding intelligently, not forcing your body to “close the gap.”
What if my baby cries during class?
That is completely normal.
You can pause, feed, cuddle, settle, turn your camera off… no explanation needed.
There is no judgment here. This space is built around real mum life, not perfect conditions.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
If you wish to have a caretaker by your side for this period of time to immerse fully and gift yourself some *Me-Time* it is all totally up to you.
What if I miss a session?
You won’t fall behind.
There are two live options each week (weekday and weekend), so you can choose what fits your life.
If you can’t attend either, you’ll have replay access so you can move when it feels possible.
This program is structured but flexible.
Is this high intensity?
No.
This is not bootcamp, HIIT or “bounce back” training.
You’ll leave feeling supported, activated and stronger not exhausted or overwhelmed.
The focus is safe rebuilding, not pushing limits.
Do I need equipment?
No special equipment is required.
A yoga mat and some space to move is enough.
A Yoga Strap/Belt or anything that works for you, everything can be adapted to what you have at home.
You don’t need a perfect setup to start rebuilding your strength.
