The Practice draws from many different traditional yoga lineages. While this class is for serious students, teachers and movement professionals it’s also fun, ultimately about community and should be approached with a sense of humor. Leave your ego at the door and be inspired by the amazing human potential around you.
Level 2-3: Regular yoga experience required – however its an invitation to advance your practice not to be an advanced practitioner.

The class must be paid in advance to secure your spot and avoid last-minute cancellations.
The event will take place with a minimum of 5 participants; if there are 4 or fewer, the event will be canceled.
If the event is canceled after payment has been made, the money will be refunded.
No refunds will be given if a participant pays but does not attend the event.
