In this unique class, you’ll go beyond imitation and truly learn how yoga feels in your body. Each session blends mindful flow with short workshop moments to help you understand your posture, activate the right muscles, and find safe, stable alignment in every asana from foundational poses to intermediate transitions.
Through clear guidance, breath awareness, you’ll begin to sense how alignment isn’t about looking perfect, it’s about feeling balanced.
Each week focuses on a new theme (hips, shoulders, balance, core, spine) — helping you realign and rediscover the potential within your body.
